Two to four weeks. We sit with your team, walk the floor, look at the data and the systems you already have. The phase ends with a working prototype and a brief sharp enough to build from.

Architecture & design
We translate the brief into a solution: which processes to digitise, which to re-engineer, how data flows between them, where each piece lives. By the end of this phase, the build can start without architectural surprises.

Iterative build
Working software ships early. We refine it as your team uses it, layer in integrations and automation as the system grows, and train your team on the parts that are live. By launch, most of your team has already been using the system for weeks.

Support & grow
Post-launch isn't the end. We stay alongside, monitoring, fixing, improving, training new starters, expanding capability as your business asks for more. The systems we build keep getting better the longer you have them.
